This kit contains what you need for a perfect handmade cooking spoon that will be useful in your everyday life.
We collaborated with Urban Ole Ecopark and designed and made the new cooking spoon kit.
How to make your cooking spoon:
- With your carving knife start shaping your spoon in your desired shape. Free your mind and let your imagination run.
- Use the sandpaper for the little details and give, to your hand carved spoon, the final shape.
- Now your creative side comes forward. You can paint it, you can decorate it with kolrosing or chip carving. Make the cooking spoon your own.
- Lastly, use the cloth and beeswax for the final stage. The beeswax will penetrate and seal the wood, creating a waterproof coating that will protect your creation and give it a natural looking shine.
The kit contains:
- Cooking spoon blank
- Tin of Beeswax
- 3 x Sandpaper grits
- 2 x Cotton Cloth
