The original Klötzli chip carving knife – Model 2. A classic Swiss chip carving also popularly known as the “Klötzli knife”. Developed by Ernst-Ulrich Klötzli (4th generation) and carving master Christian Rubi (1899-1990). In production since the 50’s – still the most popular blade shape for chip carving.
Handcrafted in the Klötzli factory in Burgdorf, Switzerland.
