A drawknife is a traditional woodworking hand tool used to shape wood by removing shavings. It consists of a blade with a handle at each end. Hand-forged. We made this Drawknife from carbon steel 52100. It’s high strength, wear resistant steel, which keep sharpening for long time of use.
The blade is Half-Rounded. After hardening HRC – 58-59. Handle made from ash tree. Covered with stain and after covered mineral oil and bees wax. Leather case included.
