Return:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thespooncrank.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Circumstances in Which We Offer Returns & Refunds:

Wrong Product:
If you receive an incorrect or flawed order, please contact us at hello@thespooncrank.com, and include photos of the wrong product. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once your return is in transit, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you.

Exchange:
We only process exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us via email at hello@thespooncrank.com. We will facilitate a free exchange.

Change of Mind:
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

Order Cancellation:
We usually ship the orders immediately,

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a involve participation by the processing department but we will not guarantee that you will always return the order once you received the product.

** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it is going to take up to 4 days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Non-Returnable Items: 
The following items are non-returnable:

    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the posting of the refund.
  3. Contact your bank, as they might have a processing time for refunds.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
We do not currently offer refunds for items that were received as gifts.
