Product Description 

This listing Includes:

 – 1.5 K-watt ( 2 horse power) – 230 Volt motor – 1450 RPM-  Motor is Made in Poland 

 – A motor tilting bracket is included. This Hinge system allows for very fast change of belt position.

Note: Motor must be brought to full stop before attempting to change belt position- Belt Systems are dangerous if used carelessly – User is strongly advised to cover belt drive. 

 – Steel Chassis complete with arm rest

– 2 x 51 mm Idler wheel, 1 x 102 mm Tracking wheel, and 102 mm (4″) Drive wheel. All wheels are CNC machined

– Tracking Wheel is attached to an arm that can be continuously regulated (Please see Blue Handle)

– Tooling Arm is 1.5″ x 1.5″ (38 mm x 38 mm) cross section and is  16″ long (400 mm long)

 – Arm Rest is included and measures (3.4″ x 8″) 85 x 200 mm – The surface of the arm rest is surface grinded absolutely flat

– The structure is extremely solid

– The machines allows for the use of a belts up to 2000 mm in length (86 inch)

– The Red grinding belt that you see in the photos is 72″ (1830 mm) long (So you have an idea of machine size

Machine is made of steel 6 and 10 mm thick (Extremely Solid)

Notes about Drive System:

• Motor is 1450 RPM connected to a 5-step pulley of approximate diameters- 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mm
• Drive wheel Is also connected to a 5-step pulley of approximate diameters- 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mm
• The resulting Drive wheel RPMs are => 480 rpm, 870 rpm, 1450 rpm, 2600 rpm, and 4350 rpm
• The resulting surface speeds are => 2.5 m/s, 4,6 m/s, 7,7 m/s, 14 m/s, and 23 meter/Second
