Its all about ergonomics in life, being comfortable and especially holding things that are pleasant to hold in our hands.I spend most of my time thinking of the most ergonomic design i could come up with. When using a good spoon it often can feel like an extension of your hands, which makes the whole experience unique. My spoons are often carved from an assortment of woods and I tend to look for woods with the textures and grains that stand out.
