This is a unique, custom made wood carving knife. The handle is made of oak and birch bark and the 86mm-blade is made of Elmax steel with a 24º degrees scandi grind hardened at 60 HRC. The sheath is made of oak wood and veg tan leather.

After cutting the blade on the band saw we cut the threads on the tang which we then use to glue and assembled the knife using a dowel and bolt that’s hidden in the butt of the knife. The sheath is made of oak wood, cut and carved to fit the blade, and veg tan leather which was wet-formed and wrapped around the wooden part of the sheath and the knife.
