The Kangaroo Leather Strop Paddle – Oak

Keep your knives razor-sharp with the kangaroo leather strop paddle, wherever your adventures take you. What sets this strop paddle apart is its solid oak base, impregnated with refined linseed oil at 130º Celsius and its kangaroo leather, known for its unparalleled strength despite being just 0.6-0.8 mm thick.

Kangaroo leather is up to ten times stronger than other leathers, providing a superior stropping surface. Its unique structural uniformity ensures a consistently smooth and effective stropping experience, giving your blades a professional-grade polish every time.

Use the suede side with your favorite stropping compound to hone your blades, then flip to the smooth side for a buff.

With dimensions of  43 x 280 mm (1.6″ x 11″) for the paddle and 43 x 170 mm (1.6″ x 6.6″) for the leather, this double-sided strop paddle is compact yet effective, whether you’re in the workshop or out in the wilderness.

Each piece is handcrafted in Sweden, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Sustainability: Kangaroo leather is more sustainable option compared to other types of leather, as kangaroos are wild animals, and their populations are managed to prevent overpopulation and environmental damage.
