Kitchen Knife - Cooking Knife - Hand Forged
The kitchen knives have been hand forged from 1095 high carbon tool steel, hardened at around 61 HRC, mostly in Japanese style while some feature European designs. The wood for the handles ranges from exotic hardwoods like wengewood, mahogany, rosewood, bocote to european walnut, stabilized beech, ash wood, mediterranian olive wood, etc, two of the knives handles are made out of artificial mass, in this case black and blue acrylic. Some of the handles are traditionally octagonal shape as is the nature with japanese knives.
